Hello AABS members,

This is a reminder to all AABS members to be sure to have your proceeds to me in the form of a money order or check postdated by wednesday  Aug. 25, 2010. No money orders or checks will be accepted after the Sep. 1, the official date of drawing. If you do not have it to me before the date of drawing your purchasers names will not go into the drawing and you will be held responsible for returning all funds to your purchasers. If you can not make the set deadline date (Aug. 25, 2010)  please call me and let me know, but keep in mind like previously stated if your money order or check do not be to me before Wednesday Sep. 1, 2010, I will not be able  to accept it under no circumstances because it is only fair to the other salers, purchasers, and myself that we have these things done in a timely manner.
     
I also want to update you guys on the donators. As Brittney stated in the last meeting (Aug. 15, 2010), we have not received any response from any donators on whether we were approved or disapproved for our request. except Apple who denied our request. I have tried to reach these donators a couple  of time since the last phone conference but have not had any straight forwardth answers. The following was reported by the donators:

Walmart: the boss has been out on vacation so they have not decided on the donation so they ask that we check back with them Saturday Aug. 28, 2010.
Target: Manager hasd not responded to neither of the two of my calls, but I will check back in a few days.
BestBuy: Asked that no one who is seeking donations call the store for they will reach us with a decission whether they approve or disapprove our request.   

P.S. Please work hard, hard, hard to sale your tickets for the I-Pod touch, only a couple of days left. If you have any questions or concerns please call me or e-mail me offlist.
