Right on. My husband manages 2 of the 4 markets we sell our products at, 
and One of the programs we have going here is that we have the people from 
the local food pantries to come and collect produce from vendors that didn't 
sell or are going to be composted anyway. Let's just say that the folks who 
need food assistance in Dane county sure eat good.
