[Ag-eq] anyone out there

Have you ever made jams or jellies with figs?

I have a fig tree and really don't know what to do with the figs, so would 
greatly appreciate any suggestions.

I've never made jams, jellies or preserves; can you recommend an easy recipe 
to start with?
