I've tried brown, white, green and blue eggs and I never noticed a
difference in the flavor. I get my fresh eggs from local farmers around
here. I'm lucky, I do 4 farmers markets per week and between the vendors,
our garden friends the only thing I have to get from the grocery store
during the market season is toilet paper. lol
