[Ag-eq] Egg color

The best way to start with bread is a bread machine. I am on my second one
and it also makes bread sticks and home made butter too. The nice thing
about a machine is that you can still use fresh ingredients. Now my husband
does not bake his bread in the machine. Oh no, he much prefers to hand
shape his bread and then into the oven. If he is pressed for time, he will
let the machine kneed the doe and then through the first rising, then out of
the machine and in his bread bowl for the second rising. He also a series
of recipes that he makes up that makes three loaves, but the dough isthen
place in a plastic container, refrigerated until you are ready to bake.
Pull out one third of the dough, shape, bake, and enjoy. The only thing you
will have to play around with using the bread machine is how the yeast will
react in your climate/elevation.
