Hi Susan,

I have a friend who is blind who has learned to use a chain saw so it can be
done.  She said she first tried it with the chain removed so she could get
used to the sound and weight.  

One thing I know about blindness, I always find someone who has done things
before me.  I found three blind barrel racers online too.  They even
featured one on WPRA on RFDTV.  Her name is Kathy Spears. Britney Holland is
a girl who started barrel racing at age 10.
