It has been above freezing the last 2 mornings, so no breaking ice on the
waters!

Yes, they are doing some terrible breeding with the GSds.  I like the straight
backed look, not the low hips.  My male has a straight back and has had fewer
problems than my females did.

All of my shepherds have come from rescues, so I don't know much about their
backgrounds.  They have all been great dogs and when the time is right I'll
look for another rescue.
