Michelle:

I'm certainly not an expert, but I use a handy stick to keep my horse out of my
space. When he starts to move in I swing the stick towards him and he moves
away. I put bells on his halter so I know where his head is. When I want him
to come into me I tell him to slow and then jesture with my hand for him to
come. He usually walks right up to me. Sometimes it takes him a little bit to
slow before turning.

He and I are still working on the round pen.
