Hi Nella,

The pond is about 50 by 100 feet with an island in the middle.  It is man
made and the bull dozer must have sat on the island.  Tom wants to get out
there and clear it out and build a Japanese bridge ove r to it and maybe
even a Japanese gazebo.  That is some day after all the other projects.

I'm not sure what variety of ducks we want.  I have read Muskovi are good
because they are quiet but they are regulated here.  I like the large white
Peking ducks.  

Do you have a shelter for ducks or do you let them just free range all the
time?

Oh, I would hide in the house too if Tom ever slaughtered our chickens.
Maybe we should just set up a chicken sanctuary.  Hahahahaha
