I don't know any blind bee keepers, but it's an interesting question.

My parents let a bee keeper keep hives on their property in exchange for some
honey each year.  They have a small orchard and keep a large garden.  They've
had this arrangement for years.  They don't do any of the work, just provide
the space.  The man comes around a few times a year and checks on everything
and then he gives them some honey.

I know a bee keeper here in Arizona and I think he does this same type of thing
with some of the citris orchards.  Maybe there are some bee keepers in your
area that need places for their hives.  There are clubs for bee keepers, which
would be a good place to make contacts.
