[Ag-eq] Watering

Hi Tracy,
We use the drip system here for our grapes and parts of our garden. There
is a main hose that runs from one end of the grape vines to the other. The
front end is open and the farthest end is capped close. Along this hose,
about 6 or 8 inches off set from each vine is something like a smaller pick
line that runs from the hose to either a drip nosel or a small sprinkle
head. He may even have two of these pick lines for either side of the vine.
These lines also have an anker wire that sticks in the ground that keeps the
heads from just laying on the ground. I also believe Matt has the hose
elevated about a foot off the ground in order to mow without cutting the
hoses. He then hooks a water hose to the open end and turns on the water
for about 20 minutes or so. He then rotates the water hose to the next line
until everything is watered. The hardware chain store Lows has everything
you would need and probably Home Depot would as well.
