Hello Jewel,

I am glad to hear that the crowds are increasing rather then decreasing to
celebrate the day.  

I have often said that American students learn little about the events of
the world except for the U S and Europe.  I read a great book on Asian
history which really made me realize how much we didn't learn in school.

Thank you for the history lesson.
