Does anyone know how to tell when a cabbage is ready to harvest? I planted a small cabbage, and now it has a very small head, way down among larger leaves that are standing straight up. I tend to think I wait until the center head gets a bit bigger, but I don't want to wait too long and get nothing. Tracy
