Hi Nella

Excellent points! Thank you! That's probably most of the battle won right
there.

Michelle

Michelle:

Remember to stay relaxed and try not to get frustrated. I know this is hard
when they just won't do what we want!

When I get frustrated with both my dogs and horses it just makes things
worse, but sometimes it's really, really hard to stay calm. It's also
important to work on these things when you have time and are not in a hurry.

Good luck.

Nella
