[Ag-eq] Fwd: Hi all

That sounds like a win-win to me.  If it stays wet, you get lovely rice, 
and, if it dries out, you get your garden back.  But probably it would stay 
just wet enough, and just dry enough, that you'd still get nothing.  The 
farmer's life.
