Tracy!  you could use a turkey baster or a large veterinary syringe to measure oil and other 
liquids.  Better check this out for accuracy but I think that a tablespoon is equal to 4 teaspoons 
so as a teaspoon is 5 mils, a tablespoon would be 20.
If you get a veterinary syringe, get someone to mark the plunger with a file at various places so 
when you are sucking up the fluid and have exposed that particular mark, you know that you have the 
correct amount.
