[Ag-eq] Potatoes

I dug most of my potato harvest this weekend. I got quite a lot, more than 
I've ever gotten before.  I suspect it's a combination of a different 
variety of potato and good potato weather most of the summer.  This year, I 
planted German Butterball.  It did much better than Russian Fingerling.  I'd 
like to save some to plant again next spring, but I don't know if they will 
keep that long.
Does anyone have a potato variety they think is really good?  I picked 
German Butterball because it sounded versatile, and was a mid-season crop.
