Maybe you could take him to nursing homes, schools and such.  I've heard of
people using rabbits that way here in the states.  He could wear a harness and
you could transport him in a cat carrier.  I have seen some very friendly
rabbits.  You would probably also need to keep his nails clipped.

Just think you could be known as the rabbit lady!
