hello Nella,

I was talking to Tracy about your inspection issue.  She said there is an FHA program called a 203K Full mortgage that covers structural problems with a house  There is also a Home Style loan for non structural improvements.  Your realtor can put you in touch with an FHA Coordinator to get more information.  

i would hate for you to miss out on the property especially since any buyer will have the same issue.
