[Ag-eq] Donkeys: was "caring for Minnies"

The Gore District Council published a directive advising its ratepayers what animals they could, or 
could not, keep on residential properties;  amongst the "thou shalt not keep" were roosters, while, 
on the other hand, amongst the "thou mayest keep" were donkeys!
I could not help but wonder how many of these desk-flying bozos had ever lived within a mile of a 
property on which donkeys resided!
