Jody!  you put the fruit into a box made of the type of very fine zinc mesh that was used for making 
meat safes!

Hi Jewel,

Florida is so hot this time of year it is really unbearable. I don't think I could sun-dried 
anything here because it is so darn humid! Besides if I put anything out in the sun to dry it would 
get eaten by bugs and lizards.  I can always fry an egg just by putting it on the pavement. Ha ha ha
