[Ag-eq] Sprouts

Hi Jewel.
I don't cook them, and I don't put dressing on them, either. I just pull
some out of the container when I feel like a munch, or pull out a handful to
go with a meal.
I only have 1 container, so, when these sprouts run out, I'll have to wait
2-3 days before the next batch starts to be edible. But that's OK. One
container seems to last a week or more, because they keep growing while I'm
taking some off the top.

Tracy! I imagine that you don't cook these sprout things, and eat them as a
salad, liberally,
coated with mayonaise, and do you have a number of plots of them, all at
different stages of
development, so that you have a constant supply?

Hi Jewel.
I was thinking about your grass clippings remarks while I was having some
sprouts with my lunch. They do look like that. But they're a lot tastier;
at least I think so, though I don't eat much grass.
