[Ag-eq] California burning: AGAIN!!

They've had years of drought in some parts of California, so, when there's a
spark, the fires are unstoppable.  Terrible.

Believe me when I say that I am, in no way, making light of the terrible
fires, but I would have 
thought that the disaster last summer would have left nothing to burn, but,
perhaps, the present 
fires are in areas that were untouched then.
