[AG-EQ] Certified wildlife garden

I've just had my yard certified as a wildlife garden by my local chapter of
the Audubon Society! That means my yard provides water, shelter, and native
plants for food for birds and insects. I filled out an application where I
had to list all the elements, including all my native plants, which was the
most complicated part. My water source is a 3-foot patio fountain, but it
seems sufficient. Friends have seen birds bathing in it, and sometimes
something big comes and gets a big drink, too. And I've put rocks and plants
in it, so insects can stop by if they want.

I'm very excited about this certification. I want to expand the meadow and
food parts of my yard, and decrease the grass parts, or convert the grass to
grasses that don't need mowing. Win-win.
