I am not sure if my unwanted lodgers are still paying overnight calls or
not.  I put out two 
helpings of the new food in different places last night:  one on the table
in the kitchen cum 
utility room, and the second on the kitchen bench where Pearl did find what
she took to be mouse 
droppings, but neither of my kind offerings were touched!
Tonight, I will put out some dog meat for which I know that they have a
liking and that should tell 
me if they are still about.

You need to let your rodent friends know that you will set up a
feeding station elsewhere if they will agree to stay out of your
house!
