[AG-EQ] Roof inspection

This is more of a home-owner question.  Sorry about that.

I don't know how to get a reliable idea of what's happening on my roof.  I
get a guy to clean the gutters, but there is still water coming down where I
don't expect it to.  I think maybe a waterspout is not connected properly to
a gutter, but the guy says everything is OK.  Also, the solar panels aren't
producing as expected.  

I wish I could somehow assess what's going on up there, but it's too high
for me.  We have a 2-story house, + an attic.  And, even if I could get up
there, the roof is very slanted, so I'm not climbing around up there.  The
attic has windows, but they don't look out on the side where I think there
might be problems.  I guess I could try to stick my phone out a window and
have the AIRA look, but, if I'm clumsy and drop my phone, it's a goner.

Anyone have any ideas?
