<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body dir="auto">I did some reading and it seems as though with WellNow and many other places like it, you either have to register online ′wh may or may not be ,conessible′ or use a kiosk to register onsite. While I understand that self service kiosks are more convenient, they often leave blind people out because w€ have no way to operate the computer without sighted assistance. This is one area where I think the NFB of Ohio should get involved and get places like WellNow to make their kiosks accessible to the blind. I looked at their website and it seems somewhat accessible but clunky to navigate. I have been to my fair share of places where I've been pushed and shoved around by the st@ff in attempts to "guide" me, so what I'm mainly curious about is if you have any experience with WellNow specifically the one in Barberton and how they treat patients who are blind when interacting with them as well as whether you were able to register online independently or if you required sighted assistance to complete the process.
