upon first for their input and discuss the issue, after board discussion
other members in attendance will be given an opportunity to give their
input.

When an issue is put to a vote, only board members cast votes.

future. 

Every day we raise the expectations of blind people, 

because low expectations create obstacles between blind people and our
dreams. 

You can live the life you want; blindness is not what holds you back.
