Hi everyone,

I am doing research about the level of frustration people may or may not 
have with accessibility on the web these days, and I would love your 
feedback. if you have five minutes, please answer the questions below 
and email me your thoughts. Anyone participating will get three months 
of free access to the service when it is launched.
