[Art_beyond_sight_advocacy] change of email address needed

I forwarded her request to Dave Andrews to be sure he sees it, although he probably would have seen it 
anyway.  It is always helpful if we know which part of the process was a problem, though, as the system 
is designed for self-service.  I'm sure he'll help her, though.
