<div align="left" style="text-align:left;"><font face="Geneva" size="+0" color="#000000" style="font-family:Geneva;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;">are blind or legally blind.</font></div>

<div align="left" style="text-align:left;"><font face="Geneva" size="+0" color="#000000" style="font-family:Geneva;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;">Optometry, OcuSource extends the "Call for Artists" for this fifth annual</font></div>
<div align="left" style="text-align:left;"><font face="Geneva" size="+0" color="#000000" style="font-family:Geneva;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;">juried art exhibit. Submissions that are selected will be exhibited in the</font></div>
<div align="left" style="text-align:left;"><font face="Geneva" size="+0" color="#000000" style="font-family:Geneva;font-size:10pt;color:#000000;">Eye Care Center for a period of one year, and are available for purchase. </font></div>
