<DIV>Hi Heather, try out the internet. I heard places like Ebay are a good
market. State and local fairs are another great way to either show off your work
or sell it down the road. Art festables are a great place to show off your work
so that you can get a sense of how it will do in the market. They are just some
ideas that I got since I worked in the Oregon State Fair and heard about the
internet and got a rag rug displayed in a place that normally shows off art
instead of crafts this year. I hope that they are a help to you! </DIV>

<TD vAlign=top><FONT size=5>I'm also very interested in hearing about
how others market or sell their work. Part of my trouble is I never have
much in stock at any given time. But, should I manage to build up
something, I'd love to find a way to do something constructive with it.
I have hung some of my work at local coffee shops, but it never really
sells. I thought maybe it was me, but when I spoke to others who have
used the same venues, it seems like they also haven't had much luck. At
least the artwork isn't just sitting under my bed though! Grin!
