[AutonomousVehicles] Rethinking Autonomous Vehicles

In my mind it's a lot harder then they thought because of the idiot factor. The human drivers on the roads are mostly idiots and do stupid things, no computer can predict what stupid idea a human comes up with. until most cars have some type of driver assistance to block or counter some stupid moves from that driver the other cars will not be able to predict everything. I love how Telsa's autopilot capped the speed for roads under 50mph to only be able to be set to the roads speed and not higher! Things like this made to all cars will help in the end to go fully autonomous!

Below is a link to an interesting article. It looks like some auto
makers are re-thinking some of the optimistic predictions about
autonomous vehicles, particularly level 5 vehicles -- which is what
we need as blind people. One engineer even says he thinks there will
always be some restrictions on L5 vehicles. It is a lot harder than
they thought.
