[AutonomousVehicles] tesla making vehicles fully self driving later this year

I think clarification is needed. Tesla will not be releasing full self-driving by the end of this year. Tesla on the other hand has rewritten their entire software stack for Auto Pilot and will be releasing the new software by the end of the year. Musk is quoted to say that this new stack is capable of full self-driving but would not say when full self-driving will be released. Yes, out of all the on-road companies I foresee Tesla getting there first but there are so many hurdles they need to get past before they can. If I was them, I would only enable FSD for those drivers who have Tesla Car Insurance instead of relying on the old outdated car insurance market to get up to date. Tesla will also have to get thru Federal and State laws to allow full sself-drivingwhich might take a long time to.

I'm sighted & my wife is blind, so I for one can't wait till Tesla enables FSD. I've laughed at my wife saying I'd come home (in Maryland) from work wondering where my wife is and look on my phone and find her and the car in Florida rofl.

A question I have is has NFB tried to open dialog with Tesla about their FSD and any goals they have on it allowing to be operated by blind people? I feel this dialog if not started yet should be started soon.
