[AutonomousVehicles] Rivian building new plant in Georgia

Hi Everyone,
As some of you may know I live in Georgia and I'm watching the major
announcement right now that Rivian just made that it will be building a new
$5 billion factory in GA that will employ 7,500. They are also going to be
building autonomous test facilities. I will be getting you more info on
Rivian's autonomous driving tech in the future.
