Hi Everyone,
Honda announced a new autonomous concept vehicle. More info is below as
well as some links.

The Honda CI-MEV is an electric vehicle developed by Honda. It is a
two-seat, four-wheel microcar equipped with Honda's original Cooperative
Intelligence (CI) and automated driving technologies. The CI-MEV aims to
provide easily-accessible last-mile mobility for users, especially in
situations where there is no public transportation available or when people
have difficulty walking long distances.

The CI in Honda CI-MEV stands for Cooperative Intelligence, which refers to
the advanced AI system that enables the vehicle to understand its
surroundings and the conditions of people in the vicinity. This allows the
CI-MEV to take autonomous actions based on this understanding.

The Honda CI-MEV was unveiled at the 2023 Japan Mobility Show as a
demonstration model. It features level-4 ADAS (Advanced Driver Assistance
Systems) capabilities, which means it can operate autonomously in certain
driving conditions.

It is important to note that while the Honda CI-MEV has been showcased as a
concept vehicle, it remains uncertain whether Honda plans to bring this
concept to production.

Overall, the Honda CI-MEV is a compact electric vehicle with advanced AI
and automated driving technologies, designed to provide convenient and
accessible mobility for users in various situations
