[AutonomousVehicles] Test of Tesla FSD in Parking Lot and Driver Asleep Feature

Tesla Full Self Driving Version 14.2.1 was recently released. CanadaFSD
just tested it, trying to navigate a COSTCO Parking lot, and there are
still issues. He had to intervene to stop the system. He also demonstrates
Tesla's new FSD feature that detects whether a driver has become
unconscious or fallen asleep at the wheel. It will automatically find a
safe place and park the vehicle. Here is the full video:
