[AutonomousVehicles] Waymo Paying Door Dash Drivers to Close Doors

Waymo is teaming up with Doordash but not for the reason you may think.
Waymo Vehicles cannot move if a door is left open after someone gets out of
the vehicle. So they are going to pay dashers to go and close the doors.
This will be fixed in future Waymo Vehicles that will have automatic
