I recommend you not include your Schedule A letter in this packet, but
rather include a statement in your cover letter or e-mail that reads
something like "I am interested in applying for XX position under the TSA
Non-competitive Hiring Authority for Individuals with Disabilities".  I have
the appropriate documentation and can provide it upon request from an
appropriate HR official."

 

My final tip is to always apply for all positions under every category you
qualify under.  So, as a person with a disability, apply under
non-competitive/Schedule A, and competitively.  If you are also a Veteran
apply under Veteran preference.
