[Blind-Gov] Section 508 Complaint Processing

The 45 day filing deadline is only applicable to section 501 complaint unless the agency incorporates that deadline into their 504 regulations. Most federal agencies apply a 90 day, one year, or two year statute of limitations. I’m not aware of any that apply 45 days But would love to know if someone works for one that does.
