Dear Members of the National Association of Blind Government Employees,

We'd like to extend our sincerest apologies for sending out this bulk
email. We understand the inundation of messages can sometimes be
overwhelming, and we genuinely appreciate your patience and understanding.

My name is Dhruv Khanna and I am a master’s student at the University of
Washington. I am reaching out on behalf of my capstone project team to
invite users to participate in user interviews for our ongoing
accessibility project aimed at creating a more inclusive online environment
for individuals who are Blind and Visually Impaired (BVI).

We are working with Microsoft as part of our capstone project on
integrating AI-driven solutions to improve web accessibility and user
experience for BVI individuals. Your unique perspective and insights are
invaluable to us as we strive to better understand the challenges faced by
BVI individuals in navigating online spaces and to develop effective
solutions to address these challenges.

If you are willing to join us and share your experiences, we kindly ask you
to answer a few questions and sign up for a user interview using the
following link: Sign-Up Here <https://forms.office.com/r/zv5DbJXX1P>

Please note that your personal information will be kept strictly
confidential and will only be used for the purpose of scheduling and
conducting user interviews for our project.

Thank you for considering our invitation, and we look forward to the
opportunity to speak with you soon.

Warm Regards
Dhruv Khanna
