I was a CSR on the phone before I became a manager. We do have a teams chat where we can discuss jobs related issues and other things, but I will say that the screen you mentioned often does not read well with jaws that it is better Utilized with a braille display. There are many of us that can give you some tips and tricks, if you are a braille reader, you may want to rely primarily on your braille skills when using ID RS, whereas you can rely on listening to Jaws speak to you while in other screens.
