Thats if the students receives fellowship or graduate assistantship which is know garenty and even if they do at most universities international students still have to pay out of state depending on what the universitie's policy is for ga and RA. Now most universities are not offering out of state vaver of ga and ra and ta.
I seldom think about my limitations, and they never make me sad. Perhaps there is just a touch of yearning at times; but it is vague, like a breeze among flowers.
