[Blind-international-students] conference call

my brother, who is in India, suggests that while scheduling these calls, we 
aught to think of a good time for international persons calling in.  For 
example, 6:00 pacific time is 6:30 am in India.  3:00 pm is 3:30 am in 
India.  Further, I think, when sending out a reminder, saying tomorrow at 
3:00 is not as helpful as saying "Sunday August 22, 2010 at 3:30 Pacific 
Standard time will be our call-in time.

In summary, 6:30 a.m. is far better than 3:30 am, but not sure about other 
places in the world.  Additionally, when sending reminders, put the date, 
time and location (i.e. Pacific, central etc)
