Hi everyone,

My name is Philip.  I haven't posted here for a while even though I
talk to some of you off-list frequently, and so I would like to
introduce myself here again.  I am writing to you from the New York
City area.  I am a graduate student at Fordham University and did my
Bachelor in economics at Columbia University.
