[Blind-international-students] meeting this sunday

hi everyone,
thanks for attending the meeting. this week we had our first elections
and since there are only very few members, we had three board
positions. we nominated members and had elections. I hina altaf am
elected as the president, anmol bhatia the public relation officer and
jan wright the secatary of blind international. we also discussed some
ideas of how to get more members and how to advertise the list. those
of you who still did not email me their information, please do so at:

i need everyone's name, email, phone and anything you would like to
share and those who think i have their information, i would highly
appreciate if you resend it again and please don't post on the mailing
list your personal information like phone numbers for security
reasons. we also talked about what projects we can chose for our
group,
we discussed if we need to change the name of the group.
we also discussed that maybe we should all get together once a year to
a place where everyone can hang out and might do a major fundraise.
but our priority right now is to get more members. anyone please add
to the meeting minutes if anything is missing. thanks.
