This is great opportunity, but unfortunately it is only for US citizens.
It is sad because I think some of us like myself would like to do it, but can't.

I seldom think about my limitations, and they never make me sad. Perhaps there is just a touch of yearning at times; but it is vague, like a breeze among flowers.
