Hey guys,

i haven't been too involved with the discussion on the naming of the group
you guys are organizing, with your basis in NFB. i think it is fitting that
the members of this Blind International Student listserv create an identity
for themselves which highlights the fact that they are international, and
not simply "national," as its association with NFB might imply.

I have a suggestion which you can take or leave as you see fit.. perhaps
rather than focusing on the "catchiness" of the name, why don't we make sure
that it best describes who we are: (1) blind (2) students (3) with
international backgrounds. This would best help identify to others who we
are and perhaps what we're interested in .

Best,
Kate
