[Blind-rollers] programs?

If you call the place where they sell gravel and tell them you want the kind
you can pack down to a nearly solid surface they will tell you. My neighbor
has a long driveway, but I think he just had a couple of buddies spread out
the gravel. A couple days later they came with this roler thing.  That roler
was huge.  They obviously rented it.  The patch on the side of our house was
laid in by our neighbor.  His brother came with a gas powered thing that
banged on the gravel to make it a surface.  

Measure your driveway and those guys at the gravel place can tell you how
much you need and what you need. 
So yes a dump truck of pea sized something gravel, three eighths or
something similar to that.  But honestly don't quote me on the size.  I no
the rocks were pointy and small as I wanted to touch them.  I think ours was
four inches thick.

Your hubby will have fun with his buddies. 

Like I said just an idea.  My neighbor got his for two hundred dollars for
ten yards.  It is hard for me to estimate how long his driveway is, maybe
thirty fourty feet.  It is pretty long.  But you have to know the width also
for the yardage.

Ok What kind of gravel is this?  And get I get a company do do tis for
me or do I need to do it myself or like have family do it?

This gravel is made in such a way when compacted it fits kind of into
the other piece, kind of like a puzzle, but rougher.  They take a very
heavy roller or in our case a gasoline fired engine that slams the
pieces together.  With good drainage and this is key, the driveway
should be hard enough to ride on with your power chair or your son ride
on with his bicycle.  . 

Just another lower cost way to get a paved driveway.  Our cement
driveway we put in a few years ago cost six thousand dollars.  But to be
fair, we had a culvert put in at the end of the driveway so transit
could pull off the road into our driveway for safety reasons.

But wouldn't gravel get mddy when it gets wet?

Probably the easiest thing to do is put gravel in the driveway.  You
will have to call and ask what kind.  My neighbor got some sort of
gravel and he had it pressed down so tight it is like driving my chair
on the street.  He got ten yards of something for two hundred dollars.
You can rent something to press it down.  If you get a frost the
driveway is not slippy because it is uneven.Just make sure they put a
slope so the water wont lay on the driveway. 

In our dog run area we did something similar to our neighbors driveway.
It is easy to pick up, easy to drive a chair on, easy to hose off, ahem,
for certain ssmells, lolol, arf, arf.

Hi Everyone. Are program to pave your driveway or at least help with the
cost?  I have a chat driveway and it is so hard to take a chair on.  I
often get stuck, and when it is wet I can't drive on it, and a manual is
nearly impossible unless someone is pushing me and then I feel like I am
going to bump right out.  So does anyone have an idea for a program that
might help with this?
