[Blind-rollers] rain

My husband uses his electric wheelchair in the rain, and has never had any problems (well, except getting wet, and one time years ago he got lost, but that wasn't because of the rain...).
That being said, if it's raining heavy, he won't go outside unless absolutely necessary because by then the puddles are at least 2-3 inches deep, and water could very easily get splashed up into the bottom part of the chair where most of the electrical stuff is.
